Disney World Resort Reservations

To make Disney reservations for the resort hotels:

  • Call the Disney Central Reservations Office: 407-WDISNEY. Operating hours are 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST. The Central Reservations Office can handle room-only reservations for you. For booking packages, see below
  • Visit the Walt Disney World official site on the internet: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/
  • Contact your travel agent for the most up-to-date offers
  • Visit hotel websites Expedia and Travelocity

Walt Disney World Vacation Packages

Vacation packages can be booked by calling 407-939-7905 or though your travel agent. Full service vacation packages can be purchased from the Walt Disney Travel Company which include airfare, rental car, theme park tickets and meal plans.


Disney hotel reservations can be made up to 500 days in advance over the phone or with a travel agent. Reservations are generally not available that far out over the official Disney website.

When booking your room with the Central Reservation Office, your one-night deposit is due in 14 days with a balance due at check in. You may cancel your reservations without penalty up to six days in advance. If you cancel within six days you will forfeit your one night's deposit.

Reservations with the Walt Disney Travel Company require a $200 deposit within 14 days. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival with charges for cancellation within 45 days and changes within 21 days.

Disney Dining Reservations

Walt Disney World resort dining reservations can be made by:

  • Calling 407-WDW-DINE
  • Walt Disney World official website: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/ . The website is visually attractive, but tends to be slow.

Disney reservations for dining can be made up to 180 days in advance. Some advance dining reservations require a credit card to hold reservations with a penalty if you do not show up. Due to popular demand, it is recommended that you make reservations for popular dining destinations 180 days in advance. The most popular resort dining reservations include:

  • Chef Mickey's (Contemporary Resort)
  • 'Ohana's (Polynesian)
  • Victoria and Alberts (Grand Floridian)
  • California Grill (Grand Floridian) which is currently being renovated
